Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what we build. This Refund Policy explains when refunds apply to purchases from Creator AIOS ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by Derek Kumo.

01Thumbnail System

If your delivered Thumbnail System does not generate thumbnails as described, you may request a full refund of the one-time build fee within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. Just email us and we will refund you.

02Custom OS builds

Because custom builds involve dedicated work, the terms are agreed in writing before we start. Any deposit reserves your build slot and covers initial scoping and setup. Once development has begun, deposits are non-refundable to the extent of work already performed. If we fail to deliver an agreed build, you are entitled to a refund of amounts paid for undelivered work. We will always work with you in good faith to make it right.

03Monthly hosting, support, and updates

These are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for a month already started, but you will not be charged again after you cancel, and you keep your delivered build.

04Third-party costs

Fees you pay directly to third parties, for example Google AI usage billed to your own key, are governed by those providers and are not refundable by us.

05How to request a refund

Email hello@creatoraios.com with your name and order details. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
